John and his beautiful 1934 Bentley were outstanding. Cannot recommend this enough. The experience was exactly as I'd hoped. This was a suprise bday present for my partner and she was over the moon. John is full of charm and a brilliant driver. The beautiful vintage Bentley makes bystanders instantly smile and pull out their camera. Felt privileged to be transported in such a symbol of nostalgia and elegance, she runs like a dream. Loved the mechanical indicators, the retro music, the tasteful interior, the rumbling engine. Will definitely book again!

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience. The classic 1971 Cadillac Eldorado started overheating after 25 miles. We were told that the car was operable and drivable. That we would receive 100 miles. Well, the car started smoking uncontrollably as if a gasket blew. There was black smoke coming through the vents and all outside the car. Fortunately, I didn't lose my life on the freeway. I wound up having to wait for AAA in the scorching heat for 3 hrs to tow it to an event which we practically missed. Then I had to use another service call of mine to tow the car back! To make matters worse, I had to pay FULL price when I was told I'd be contacted to work something out.

Took several attempts to book a vehicle as several were listed as available, payment was taken, and then the owners rejected the booking requests. Very frustrating. Also confusion on the day as the driver waited at the venue, expecting to chauffeur the guests for the return leg, which was not the official arrangement . A miscommunication there. All this said, I did receive help on the telephone from a member of staff who was very gracious and professional. Unfortunately I forget her name, but she had a continental European accent. In all respects he went the extra mile and I am just over the moon with the way the day went, transporting the groom and father of the bride and then the wedded couple in absolute style - something about Matilda in ribbons seemed to bring out honks of joy from every car you passed! The flowers in the back window were stunning, thoughtful and touching, and he even managed my request to have the playlist I sent ready to go. On top of that, at the last minute you pitched in in a hundred little ways and one very big way (he is a fab photographer!!!) which given the nature of our little group and the restrictions of the time, went a long way. On top of all that he did a journey timings rehearsal too, which I thought was above and beyond. We felt we had much more than a driver and his car today, more like a guardian angel. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect car for our wedding transport. Clover is a beautiful car and looks in excellent condition- with the ribbons too she set the tone of the wedding. Both bride and groom are over 6ft tall, though there was a deceptively comfortable amount of space inside. Even though it was in extreme heat, the windows down the back seats were cool the whole journey.
